In the role of Project Controls Specialist, you'll count on you to:

  1. Establish WBS, and develop and maintain complex project schedules for various phases of the project
  2. Coordinate with necessary team members
  3. Develop and monitor project metrics
  4. Participate in project coordination meetings
  5. Conduct project site visits if applicable
  6. Perform other duties as needed

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in project controls work on engineering and construction projects, including planning, estimating, forecasting, scheduling, cost control, schedule control, and project reports
  • Certifications (one or more): PSP, PMP, PE, CM, EVP, PMI-SP, CST
  • Ability to interpret construction schedules

Required Qualifications

  • The capability to actively progress knowledge in the areas of:

  • Interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Coordination and prioritization of multiple long and short-term tasks
  • Organizational, analytical and problem-solving abilities
