In the role of Project Controls Specialist, we'll count on you to:
  • Establish WBS, develop, and maintain complex project schedules for various phases of the project
  • Coordinate with necessary team members
  • Develop and monitor project metrics
  • Participate in project coordination meetings
  • Conduct project site visits if applicable
  • Conduct schedule baseline and schedule update reviews
  • Develop cost estimates
  • Perform other duties as needed

Due to client contract requirements: US Citizenship (naturalized citizen or foreign-born) is required.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering
  • At least 5 years' experience in project controls on engineering and construction projects, including planning, estimating, forecasting, scheduling, cost control, schedule control, and project reporting
  • Certifications (one or more): PSP, PMP, PE, CM, EVP, PMI-SP, CST
  • Ability to interpret construction schedules
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Ability to actively develop knowledge in areas such as:
    • Oral and written communication skills
    • Interpersonal and leadership skills
    • Coordination and prioritization of multiple tasks
    • Organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
