Job summary

Ameren seeks an OSS Project Controls Scheduler to plan and manage project life cycles from initiation to close-out. You will develop schedules using Primavera, integrate with other Ameren timelines, and provide cost analysis and forecasting support.

You will interact with senior leaders, project managers, engineers, and field supervisors to align schedules with monthly forecasts and budgets. A bachelor’s degree and 4 years’ experience are preferred, with OSHA-30 training a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or in a Business or Construction-related discipline required.
• Four years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of Bachelor's degree.
• Proven oral and written communication skills; Ameren competencies expected.
• Completion of OSHA 30 training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains detailed, network-driven, baselined schedules using Primavera.
• Meets with stakeholders to develop Primavera schedules across multiple projects.
• Provides schedule information and supports project cost analysis and reporting.
• Updates schedules, analyzes critical path, and reports KPIs to stakeholders.
• Learns established scheduling methodologies and documentation practices.
