Job summary

Colovore is seeking a Scheduler, Project Controls to develop and maintain detailed integrated schedules for multiple data center development projects. You will collaborate with Development, Design, Construction, Procurement, and external partners to ensure timely milestones and accurate forecasting.

The role emphasizes CPM scheduling, Primavera P6 proficiency, and strong analytical communication to support strategic decisions and continuous improvement within Colovore's scale-up phase.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years scheduling or project controls experience on large-scale construction/infrastructure projects.
• Experience developing/managing detailed schedules for industrial construction using Primavera P6.
• Solid CPM scheduling knowledge and cross-team coordination.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update integrated project schedules for multiple data center development projects.
• Coordinate with development, design, construction, procurement, and vendors to collect updates.
• Analyze schedule performance, identify critical path activities, and communicate risks and mitigation strategies.
• Produce reports and dashboards highlighting status, milestones, and forecast dates.
• Ensure schedules align with budgets, milestones, and contractual obligations.
• Participate in project reviews and provide schedule analysis for decision-making.
• Develop scheduling standards, templates, and best practices across Project Controls.
• Assist with continuous improvement initiatives for project controls and reporting.
