Job summary

Oracle in Nashville, TN is seeking a Project Controls Scheduler to own integrated scheduling across complex data center and infrastructure projects. You will lead the development, maintenance, and governance of schedules, translating progress, risk, cost, procurement, and turnover data into actionable forecasts and recovery plans.

The Lead bridges field teams with portfolio leadership, requiring deep CPM expertise and advanced Primavera capability for executive visibility.

Qualifications

• 7-9+ years of experience in project controls, scheduling, construction project management, or portfolio controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, maintenance, and governance of integrated project schedules and portfolio milestone trackers.
• Create and maintain CPM schedules in Primavera Cloud, including critical path, near-critical path, float, sequencing, constraints, milestones, and logic quality.
• Prepare executive dashboards, KPI summaries, action trackers, and narrative updates translating schedule data into decisions.
• Validate schedule assumptions, progress updates, constraints, and readiness through field engagement and stakeholder coordination.
• Support cost and schedule integration, variance analysis, and recovery forecasting.
