Job summary

P&E Constructors is seeking a Project Controls Manager to lead all project controls across the full lifecycle for nationwide projects. You will establish cost baselines, schedules, and earned value management, working with estimating, engineering, procurement, and field teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

The role requires 10+ years of experience, advanced Primavera P6 skills, and familiarity with COINS/Procore. Expect travel up to 90% with per diem and mobilization support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 10+ years of progressive project controls experience on large industrial or EPC construction projects.
• Experience leading project controls functions and implementing Earned Value Management (EVM).
• Proficiency with Primavera P6, COINS, Procore, Excel; PMI/PSP/PMI-SP preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all project controls functions across the project lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain integrated cost, schedule, and reporting systems.
• Establish EVM baselines, ROC, and project performance measurements.
• Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams to provide forecasts and reporting.
• Prepare schedule updates, progress curves, and client reporting.
