Job summary

Delphinus, with primary offices in Norfolk, VA, seeks an experienced Project Controls Manager to oversee Navy engineering and shipboard installation projects. You will develop WBS and schedules in Primavera P6 and MS Project, integrate Deltek Cost Point data, and provide regular progress and cost reports.

Up to 25% remote work supports project objectives. Applicants must have proven Primavera P6 and MS Project skills, strong PM practices, and excellent communication across levels.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
• Experience in planning and oversight of engineering and shipboard projects.
• Strong communication across all organization levels and stakeholders.
• Thorough knowledge of project management practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain WBS and cost-loaded schedules in Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Assist with detailed cost estimates, proposals, and preliminary schedules.
• Integrate financial data (Deltek Cost Point) into project schedules.
• Analyze schedules for critical path, risks, and changes; produce progress reports.
• Maintain portfolio of integrated schedules and allocate manpower/resources.
• Lead groups of personnel and ensure compliance with security requirements.
