Job summary

KBR Sustainable Technology Solutions (STS) is seeking a PC Systems & Analytics Manager to oversee project controls systems, data analytics, and performance dashboards. You will ensure accurate information and analytics for monitoring, forecasting, and decision-making across all workstreams, forming the data-driven backbone of the program.

Preferred candidates have 10+ years in project controls, with strong experience in dashboards, BI, and integrated reporting platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business, Project Management or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in project controls, analytics, reporting, BI, or PMIS.
• Experience implementing and managing integrated project controls systems and reporting platforms.
• Strong understanding of cost control, estimating, scheduling, forecasting, risk management, and change management.
• Experience developing executive dashboards, KPI frameworks, data visualizations, and reporting solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation, administration, and governance of project controls systems, databases, reporting platforms, and analytics tools.
• Establish data governance standards and ensure accuracy and integrity of controls data across workstreams.
• Develop and maintain executive dashboards, KPIs, and performance reports for decision-making.
• Integrate cost, schedule, progress, risk, change, procurement, and construction data into a unified reporting environment.
• Provide performance analysis, forecasting support, and actionable insights to project leadership.
• Drive reporting automation, digital tool deployment, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate reporting and system requirements across client, PMC team, and contractors.
• Lead and develop the project controls analytics team and promote data-driven management.
