Job summary

Titan Electric is building data centers and critical facilities in the Atlanta area. As an Assistant Project Manager on our Mission Critical team, you will help keep projects organized, moving, and ready for milestones, partnering with Project Managers, Superintendents, field leaders, vendors, and owners to track documents, coordinate details, and support day-to-day scheduling.

This role offers a front-row seat to how high-stakes electrical construction comes together.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting construction projects and understanding how drawings, schedules, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and field coordination connect.
• Ability to read construction drawings and understand basic project sequencing.
• Strong follow-up habits, clear written communication, and the ability to manage multiple open items at once.
• Comfort working in both office and active construction site environments.
• Ability to travel to project sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Review yesterday’s field updates and help the Project Manager identify what needs attention before the morning coordination meeting.
• Track RFIs, submittals, drawing updates, and meeting notes so the team is working from the right information.
• Follow up with vendors or internal teams on material status, delivery dates, and missing documentation.
• Help prepare project reports that show schedule risks, open items, change order status, and upcoming deadlines.
• Walk the site with project leadership to better understand what is being built, what is changing, and what support the field needs next.
