Job summary

Titan Electric is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead electrical construction projects from inception to closeout, ensuring safety, schedule adherence, cost control, quality, and client satisfaction. You will coordinate with field leadership, vendors, subcontractors, and clients to deliver projects in line with contracts and Titan standards.

The role requires strong leadership, budgeting and forecasting skills, excellent communication, and the ability to mentor Assistant Project

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
• 5–10 years of experience in construction project management or a related role.
• Experience in electrical construction or specialty trades environments is required.
• Demonstrated experience managing project budgets, schedules, and contracts.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and project controls.
• Proficiency with project management and construction software.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned projects from pre-construction through closeout.
• Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and execution plans.
• Oversee project setup, including contracts, scope reviews, schedules, and project controls.
• Monitor and manage job costs, labor productivity, and financial performance.
• Review, approve, and manage change orders, RFIs, and submittals.
• Coordinate with Superintendents and Foremen to support field execution and manpower planning.
• Lead project meetings and serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
• Manage procurement activities, including material purchasing and vendor coordination.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements, NEC, OSHA, Company safety policies, and quality standards.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Review field progress and address schedule or performance issues
• Prepare and deliver accurate project reports and forecasts
• Support Assistant Project Managers through direction, mentorship, and oversight
• Ensure timely project closeout, including documentation, billing, and lessons learned
