Job summary

Zachry Group is seeking a Project Controls Manager in Geismar, LA to lead cost, EV reporting, and document control for industrial construction projects. You will oversee the EV process, cost projections, and risk analyses, coordinating with field supervision and management.

Ideal candidates bring 8–10 years in construction project controls, strong CPM scheduling knowledge, and proficiency with Primavera P6, SAP, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Engineering, or Construction Science.
• 8–10 years of relevant construction experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong understanding of project cost, earned value, CPM scheduling, and contract management.
• Commitment to accuracy and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Provide transparent project cost, EV progress, and cost forecast information.
• Manage job-site document control and ensure proper documentation flow.
• Oversee risk analysis, change management, and CVP processes.
• Coach the Cost and Earned Value team per corporate guidelines.
• Coordinate cost reporting, SOV, and JV/billing support.
• Ensure proper use of standard cost codes and monthly/weekly reporting.
