Qualifications

• Associate degree or 10+ years relevant industry experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field with 8+ years industry experience.
• Over 3–5 years of project controls leadership experience; 8–10+ years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Planning, Cost, Scheduling, and Change Management teams and oversee day‑to‑day operations.
• Manage staffing, performance reviews, talent planning, and employee development.
• Ensure accurate project progress measurement, earned value tracking, and cost code time‑charging.
• Oversee weekly and monthly cost reporting, projections, and variance analysis.
• Verify schedule baselines, updates, and rebaselines; ensure RBPs and SOPs are implemented.
• Review change orders and backcharges; ensure adherence to change management workflows.
• Produce and review weekly/monthly reporting, attend cost reviews and client meetings.
