The ideal candidate brings 4–7 years in industrial control systems, hands-on HMI/SCADA experience, and strong leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
  • 4 to 7 years of experience in industrial control systems, SAS, or related power system technologies.
  • Experience leading projects and coordinating priorities.
  • Knowledge of HMI, SCADA, industrial communications, and networked control systems.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts, quality processes, and project management principles.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to work independently in a highly technical environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead detailed project planning, schedule development, scope reviews, and budget forecasting for controls-related projects.
  • Coordinate across engineering disciplines to resolve technical challenges and drive project execution.
  • Manage project risks, opportunities, and change requests throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Monitor project performance and drive metrics like on-time delivery and quality.
  • Verify HMI and SCADA applications for FACTS and power electronics projects.
  • Support communication network implementation, documentation, testing, and commissioning activities.
  • Participate in customer meetings, design reviews, factory acceptance testing, and project reviews.
  • Influence project outcomes by enabling collaboration between technical experts, customers, and business stakeholders.
