Job summary

HF Sinclair Corporation in Dallas, TX is seeking a Project Controls Coordinator to support project teams with financial controls, scheduling analysis, and forecasting. You will implement data-driven tools, monitor budgets, and partner with project managers to improve visibility and decision-making.

The role requires 5+ years in project control or accounting and a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or business.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in project control and/or project accounting or related field experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Leads project controls activities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Initiates correct structuring setups to facilitate data collection and monitoring during project execution.
• Monitors and assists in forecasting costs throughout life of the project.
• Reconciles monthly project balances through committed cost reviews, earned value analysis, journal entries and accruals.
• Tracks progress against budget to provide variance reports for management.
• Performs analysis of project schedules and financials to identify risks, trends, and opportunities.
