Job summary

HF Sinclair Corporation in Dallas, TX, seeks a Senior Accounting Transformation & Automation Analyst to lead ERP initiatives, automate the record-to-report cycle, and strengthen internal controls through scalable system solutions.

You will serve as the liaison between Accounting and IT, translate requirements into functional specs, manage cross‑functional workstreams, and drive delivery from design through post‑go‑live support.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of relevant accounting/finance or related experience.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, information systems, or related field.
• CPA or CMA or graduate degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the accounting workstream for ERP and financial system initiatives.
• Identify and deliver automation opportunities across the record-to-report cycle.
• Design future-state processes and map requirements to system solutions.
• Translate requirements into functional specs, test plans and process designs.
• Manage cross-functional workstreams and stakeholder alignment across Accounting and IT.
