Qualifications

• Interest in power generation or large-scale construction and a desire to learn.
• Strong Excel skills; familiarity with PowerBI or Primavera P6 is a plus.
• Analytical thinker with attention to detail and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the creation of the Project Schedule and Labor & Quantity tracking metrics for each project.
• Support weekly updates and provide tools & reports to management.
• Assist Site and Home Office Payroll in report creation and auditing support.
• Create project-specific payroll data visualizations.
• Maintain tracking using lessons learned and best practices.
• Research technology in the construction industry for implementation.
