Job summary

Spectraforce Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Project Controls Coordinator II in Gastonia, NC for a 12-month contract. The role focuses on data capture and analysis, supporting project analysis, requisitions, due diligence, and budgeting/reporting.

You will collaborate with project management and engineering to manage projects in Oracle Cloud, monitor change orders, and support forecasting and financial reporting. Strong MS Excel and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or technical diploma is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of directly related experience.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office software (MS Excel, etc.) and company databases.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the project management and engineering team to create projects and requisitions within Oracle cloud.
• Collaborate with project team to input, execute, track and report on change orders.
• Monitor and track bi-weekly or monthly project pay activities (CWIP) and vendor invoicing for forecasting capital activities.
• Assist gas technologists and engineers to develop forecasts and prepare financial reports for leadership.
• Support forecasting and monthly close processes with Finance to ensure timely month-end close.
• Assist with building financial models and reports for tracking and reporting of program financials.
• Liaise with Accounts Payable, Engineering, Construction, etc. to ensure timely processing of vendor invoices.
