The role collaborates with project teams, managers and cost analysts to maintain the WBS, prepare monthly reports, and ensure data accuracy in cost accounting.

Qualifications

• Four Year Degree or combination of education and related experience.
• Experience in cost management, forecasting, budgeting, and earned value management.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and maintain project costs at the WBS level including control budget, incurred costs, commitments, and forecast.
• Provide accurate and timely cost information and reporting to the project team.
• Perform earned value measurements to anticipate forecast impacts.
• Conduct monthly project close processes and prepare monthly reports and cost estimates in Excel and EcoSys.
• Prepare and document project change orders in alignment with PMO standards.
• Engage Project Managers in meetings to review and reforecast costs.
• Review cost transactions for accuracy and liaise with Cost Analysts to ensure engagement with project progress.
