Job summary

TPI Global Solutions is hiring a Project Controls Coordinator II in North Carolina for a hybrid role across Cary and Gastonia. Qualifications

• Related university degree or technical diploma.
• Minimum of 2 years directly related experience.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office software (MS Excel and others), company databases, SOPs and office communications technology.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication.
• Strong team player with collaborative mindset; self-starter.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the project management and engineering team to create projects and requisitions within Oracle Cloud.
• Collaborate with project team to input, execute, track and report on change orders.
• Monitor and track bi-weekly or monthly project pay activities (CWIP) and vendor invoicing for forecasting capital activities.
• Assist gas technologists and engineers to develop forecasts and prepare financial reports for leadership.
• Support forecasting and monthly close processes with Finance to ensure timely month-end close.
• Assist with building financial models and reports for accurate tracking and reporting of program financials.
• Liaise with Accounts Payable, Engineering, Construction, etc., to ensure timely processing of vendor invoices.
