You will work with project managers to build accurate budgets and manpower forecasts while monitoring indirect costs and ensuring cash-positive performance. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required.

Responsibilities

Engage with project management to develop budgets and manpower forecast for multi-year construction projects.
Monitor and analyze indirect costs; identify variances and adjust forecasts.
Establish cash flow forecasts to keep projects cash-positive throughout.
Ensure accurate and timely cost-plus billing submissions monthly.
Lead procurement planning and develop detailed procurement plans for awarded projects.
Maintain Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) throughout the project lifecycle.
Prepare monthly financial forms and provide variance explanations to management.
