Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field plus 2 years of construction experience or equivalent
• Ability to read and interpret business documents, regulations and procedures
• Ability to write reports and present information clearly
• Proficiency with computer programs such as Timberline, Primavera, BIM, Filenet, Bindr and MS Office

Responsibilities

• Gather cost information including project schedule, time and quantities, updated daily logs
• Analyze cost information and recommend adjustments to daily cost targets
• Support project team with cost-saving recommendations in procurement, scheduling and resource use
• Generate weekly cost reports and draft monthly financial reports
• Assist with sub-contract changes and billing as needed
• Maintain logs for concrete and rebar and ensure safety guidelines are followed
