Job summary

Holtec is seeking a Project Manager II for the Generation III+ program at the Camden, NJ campus. You will lead planning, coordination, and execution of performance reporting and award administration activities in support of DOE-funded initiatives.

You will partner with project managers, project controls, and finance to collect, reconcile weekly and monthly cost, schedule, and milestone data and deliver conforming reports by required deadlines. This role requires onsite work with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, Project Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of project management, project controls, engineering, or technical program experience.
• Experience managing or supporting a DOE-funded project, DOE award, or other government-facing technical project.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary responsible individual for planning and execution of recurring performance reporting within the Generation III+ program.
• Establish and maintain weekly input process and monthly reporting cadence across scope and milestone managers, controls, and finance.
• Prepare and compile monthly performance and financial reports to DOE, including RPPR and FFR support, per DOE forms and terms.
• Coordinate earned value management inputs with project controls and reconcile cost and schedule performance against the schedule and program budget.
• Track program performance against milestones; compile variance narratives and corrective-action inputs.
