Qualifications

  • B.S. in Engineering, Construction Management, PM, or related field.
  • PMP or PMI-SP certification or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of project controls, planning, scheduling on large engineering or capital projects.
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6 for IMS development and maintenance.
  • Strong time management, problem solving, and organizational skills.
  • Must be eligible to work under DOE 10 CFR Part.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and control the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for the SMR program across phases.
  • Ensure schedule integrity and discipline work execution per baseline plans.
  • Coordinate between engineering, licensing, procurement, manufacturing, and construction.
  • Adjust schedules for progress, scope changes, and execution challenges; identify impacts to milestones.
  • Track schedule progress and perform variance analysis against baselines.
  • Establish scheduling standards, WBS, coding, calendars, and baseline control.
  • Integrate cost- and resource-loaded schedules for DOE-compliant EVM reporting.
  • Perform schedule risk analysis, critical path analysis, and what-if scenarios.
  • Prepare schedule status reports and briefings for leadership and stakeholders.

The candidate’s principal activities will consist of establishing and executing the enterprise project controls, scheduling, and work management framework for the full SMR program lifecycle.
