Job summary

Colorado Springs Utilities seeks a Project Controls Coordinator (Controls I) to join the Systems and Planning Division. You will perform project, program, and portfolio control assignments, managing cost, schedule, and documentation in line with company standards and contractual requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Cost Management or related field.
• Financial analysis and budgeting experience in construction.
• Experience with PM SaaS tools and CMMS.

Responsibilities

• Develop project controls and monitoring procedures.
• Collaborate with planning, engineering, PM, accounting, controls, and finance on cost and schedule.
• Ensure cost budgets, revised budgets, and forecasts meet requirements.
• Collect and analyze project cost/schedule data to establish baselines.
• Assemble schedule and cost data for PM SaaS tools and databases.
• Train personnel on Work Management and control tools.
