Qualifications

• Must have basic understanding of Earned Value Management and Project Scheduling principles.
• High School diploma or equivalent required; currently pursuing Masters degree.
• Familiarity with financial controls and project forecasting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develops basic cost and schedule baselines under supervision.
• Collects and analyzes monthly cost and schedule progress.
• Supports implementation of financial controls and forecasting techniques.
• Interfaces with project team and management levels.
• Performs routine earned value reporting and basic variance analyses.
• Documents impacts of changes on cost/schedule baselines.
