Job summary

Integra invites a Project Controls Associate to join a development-track program rooted in core cost, scheduling, progress, change, and risk management for multi-billion-dollar data center projects. You will rotate through office-based training, then transition to field assignments alongside construction and engineering teams.

You will gain mentorship, pursue certifications (AACE PMI), and work with Costpoint, Procore, Primavera P6, Power BI, and Excel, shaping a path to Cost Lead or Scheduler.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, business, finance, supply chain, economics, or related field.
• 0–5 years of experience; internships/co-ops/related coursework considered in lieu of professional experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office; aptitude for learning Procore, Power BI, and ERP cost systems.
• Strong analytical mindset and comfort with large data sets.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail; ability to meet recurring deadlines.
• Clear written and verbal communication with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Curiosity, ownership, and willingness to ask questions in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Support integration of cost, schedule, and progress into a single, reliable view of project performance.
• Maintain project data within the approved WBS and CBS.
• Apply SOPs and monthly controls calendar to ensure on-time deliverables.
• Assist with budget setup, actuals loading, commitment tracking, and accrual preparation.
• Develop ETC and EAC, including variance identification and month-over-month movement analysis.
• Reconcile cost data with Finance & Accounting and escalate discrepancies.
• Support schedule updates, milestone tracking, and schedule-driven cost impacts.
• Collect and verify field progress data and quantity installed.
• Maintain progress curves, quantity tracking, and productivity reporting.
• Maintain the change log; assist in documenting cost and schedule impacts.
• Support the risk register with monthly snapshots and mitigation tracking.
• Prepare accurate internal and client reports, dashboards, and monthly project reviews.
• Translate data into narratives: what changed, why, and action required.
• Foster interdisciplinary communication across engineering, procurement, manufacturing, construction, and finance.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows, templates, and data quality.
• Support development and maintenance of Project Controls SOPs.
