Job summary

Management Solutions is seeking a Project Controls Associate to support planning, scheduling, cost control, data coordination, and reporting across major initiatives. This developmental role requires strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to learn scheduling and client project-management systems.

Ideal candidates will have 2–5 years of related experience and familiarity with Primavera P6 and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 2–5 years of related project controls or scheduling experience.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, problem-solving, and data-quality skills.
• Experience with Primavera P6 and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, update, and analyze integrated project schedules per requirements.
• Collect, validate, and update project progress data from teams and stakeholders.
• Monitor metrics including schedule dates, percent complete, and costs.
• Document planning objectives, milestones, and project information for scheduling/reporting.
• Track schedule progress and support setup, closeout, and milestone tracking.
• Perform data-quality checks and reconcile project information across systems.
