Job summary

Zaden Technologies seeks a skilled project controls professional to manage the integrated schedule and deliverables for a Defense Health Agency program. Zaden Technologies is a defense technology company based in Huntsville, Alabama. We build AI, DevSecOps and digital engineering products and put them to work for DoD customers.

Keep the schedule, deliverables and milestone evidence straight on a performance-based Defense Health Agency contract.

You’ll support a new Defense Health Agency program. This position is contingent upon contract award, and the start date will align with the program start.

What you’ll do:

• Maintain the integrated schedule and deliverables register
• Build monthly status, performance-measure and milestone reports
• Track milestone acceptance and the evidence behind each payment
• Support risk and issue tracking and governance board packages

Must have:

• 5 or more years in project controls, scheduling or program reporting
• Hands‑on with MS Project or an equivalent scheduling tool, and advanced Excel
• Experience supporting a government contract
• U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and keep the background investigation DHA designates for this position

Nice to have:

• Experience on a fixed-price or milestone-paid contract
• An active Secret clearance or higher

Location:

Chantilly, Virginia (Washington, D.C. area) is preferred, on site at the test center. Remote from Huntsville, Alabama, or from anywhere in the continental U.S. also works, through government-approved virtual desktop access, with trips to Chantilly when the work needs them.

Citizenship:

U.S. citizenship is required for the investigation this role needs. Zaden's FSO verifies investigation status.

Pay range: $90,000 to $117,000 per year. Your location and experience set where you land in the range.
