Job summary

Management Solutions LLC is seeking a Project Controls Associate to support planning, scheduling, cost control, and project data coordination across major initiatives in an on-site Mobile, AL setting.

This developmental role requires strong analytical and organizational abilities, effective communication, and the willingness to learn scheduling and client project-management systems for federal contracting contexts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 2–5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, problem-solving, and data-quality skills.
• Past experience utilizing Primavera P6 and proficiency with MS Excel and Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and analyze integrated project schedules per requirements.
• Collect and validate project progress data from teams and stakeholders.
• Monitor metrics: schedule dates, percent complete, resources, costs, accruals; support reporting.
