Job summary

Mission Support and Test Services, LLC (MSTS) seeks a Project Controls Specialist I to support NNSS and the ASD project, focusing on cost and schedule controls and centralized project controls functions.

You will develop and maintain baselines, implement WBS, and ensure PV/EVM compliance with Cobra integration and Primavera P6 scheduling across multiple sites in North Las Vegas and NNSS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training and experience.
• Focus on data analytics, budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, and problem solving.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets, word processors, and databases.
• Advanced MS Excel skills.
• Ability to manage large data sets with accuracy.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to learn WBS, EVM, and change control processes.
• Experience with Primavera P6 scheduling and Cobra database integration.

Responsibilities

• Provide cost and schedule support within a centralized Project Controls organization.
• Develop, maintain, and monitor performance baselines and change control.
• Export, format, and evaluate data for project deliverables and management needs.
• Collaborate in teams to identify issues and implement viable solutions.
• Support development and maintenance of WBS and baseline changes.
