Job summary

General Atomics Aeronautical Systems, Inc. seeks a seasoned Scheduling/Program Analyst to develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules, perform CPM analyses and drive EVM-based assessments. You will collaborate with program management to baseline, status, and control contract activity and deliverables.

The role requires six+ years of related experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to conduct Schedule Risk Assessments using Monte Carlo methods in a defense-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a bachelor's degree in business administration or a related discipline with six or more years of related experience.
• Knowledge of accounting principles, planning and tracking procedures and manufacturing systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication with ability to explain programmatic issues.
• Familiar with word processing, spreadsheet, e-mail, and project management software.
• Willingness to extend hours and travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and coordinates with stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve critical path and network logic conflicts; propose workarounds.
• Prepare, develop and coordinate master schedules to meet program objectives.
• Maintain master schedules and assign resources; update ETC and perform annual ETC.
• Provide timely information to task leaders and program managers to support decisions.
• Conduct Schedule Risk Assessments (SRA) using Monte Carlo simulations.
• Analyze schedule integrity with Earned Value Management (EVM) systems and budgets.
