Job summary

Idaho Environmental Coalition, LLC is seeking a Project Controls Spec to maintain and analyze project schedules and cost baselines at the Idaho Falls site. The role includes creating EVMS reports, supporting PMB maintenance, and participating in project performance reviews and funding discussions with the team.

Ideal candidates will have CPM scheduling experience, strong forecasting and cost analysis skills, and familiarity with EVMS tools such as Deltek Cobra, Oracle Primavera P6, and Deltek

Qualifications

• CPM scheduling experience.
• Forecasting experience using bottom-up or EAC approach.
• Cost and data analysis.
• EVMS including Baseline Management and Change Control.
• Ability to communicate effectively with project team members.
• Familiarity with Deltek Cobra, Oracle Primavera P6, and Deltek CostPoint.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and analyze schedule and cost status reports.
• Create monthly EVMS reports.
• Maintain the PMB baseline.
• Support project performance reviews and funding meetings.
• Assist with audits and process improvements.
• Support CAM and project teams in budgeting and scheduling.
