Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Six (6) years of project control or financial management experience in government contracting.
• Working knowledge of FAR/DFARS, cost-reimbursable, T&M, and fixed-price contracts.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with project accounting and ERP systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage project financial controls from award through closeout, monitoring cost, revenue, and margin performance in partnership with Project Managers.
• Develop, maintain, and manage project budgets, forecasts, and EACs using Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Lead rolling forecasts and reforecast cycles in Workday Adaptive, aligning project assumptions with corporate targets.
• Identify cost overruns, margin erosion, and funding risks; coordinate timely corrective actions.
• Prepare financial reports and dashboards from Workday Adaptive and ERP systems with clear insights.
