Job summary

Daimler Truck North America is seeking a Project Controlling & Digital Solutions Analyst to bridge Finance, data, and technology. You will analyze project economics, support funding, and build Power Apps and dashboards to empower cross‑functional decisions.

The role emphasizes translating business needs into clear digital requirements and hands‑on development with Power Platform, data models, and governance. Portland based, hybrid work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of related experience or Master's in a relevant field.
• Strong analytical and data skills; able to connect information across systems.
• Interest in both financial controlling and digital solution development.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear requirements and solutions.
• Willingness to learn Power Platform, automation, AI, data modeling and visualization.

Responsibilities

• Lead project controller responsibilities for selected PAR projects and partner with product teams.
• Support profitability assessment, cost tracking, funding management, and quarterly planning.
• Develop Power Apps solutions and reliable data transformations with CBFC/BEAM/TRACK.
• Create self-service analytics and dashboards; communicate data limitations clearly.
• Evaluate responsible AI use cases and ensure governance and data quality.
