Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Project Management, Analytics, or related field plus 2–4 years experience.
• Experience leading or coordinating cross-functional projects in engineering, manufacturing, or corporate settings.
• Strong ownership to drive initiatives from concept to value realization.
• Ability to align multiple functions around common objectives.
• Solid project planning, organization, and time-management skills.
• Proven communication and stakeholder-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Drive approved complexity optimization ideas to implementation across DTNA.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities to maintain momentum and accountability.
• Track progress, savings, risks, and decision points.
• Provide regular status updates and escalation reporting to leadership.
• Evaluate options and tradeoffs to aid decision-making.
• Improve governance, reporting, and portfolio visibility over time.
