Job summary

Beyond New Horizons, LLC (BNH) seeks a Digital Enterprise Analyst to lead data-centered projects, transforming AEDC’s ground test data infrastructure and business systems. You will collaborate with engineering, operations, and mission support teams to drive digital innovation and enterprise modernization.

The role requires translating requirements into digital solutions, building Power Platform automations, and delivering interactive dashboards with data integrity across platforms.

Qualifications

• S. or B.A. in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, MIS, Business Administration, Mathematics, Statistics, or Physics.
• In lieu of college degree, HS diploma with 4+ years hands-on experience in business systems analysis, data analytics, Power BI development, or automated workflow design.
• Must be able to obtain DoD Secret clearance and access AEDC networks.
• U.S. Citizenship required for AEDC employment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute Digital Enterprise overhead projects with strategic oversight.
• Monitor timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation for digital initiatives.
• Analyze workflows to identify opportunities for optimization and automation.
• Prepare reports for tracking scope, resources, schedules, and accomplishments.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and analytics solutions across teams.
• Gather and translate branch requirements into technical specs for digital solutions.
• Assist with procurements and hardware installations as needed.
• Deliver training for SharePoint and Cloud platforms, ensuring security compliance.
