Job summary

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field required.
  • 8+ years of experience in accounting, finance, FP&A, or related field required.
  • Experience supporting large-scale or complex projects with financial accountability required.
  • Experience in construction, manufacturing, extraction, or related industry required.
  • Experience leading financial operations across multiple projects, programs, or business segments required.
  • 2–4 years of managerial experience required.
  • CCIFP or CPA preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead financial planning, forecasting, and reporting for large-scale projects, including risk and opportunity analysis.
  • Serve as the primary financial advisor to project leadership.
  • Manage and develop project accounting staff and oversee daily financial operations.
  • Oversee project cost structures, including labor, materials, insurance, and contract-related financial components.
  • Lead project performance reviews and prepare consolidated financial summaries and forecasts.
  • Monitor and manage cash flow, billing, collections, and financial exposures.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
  • Coordinate audits and implement financial processes and reporting practices across multiple projects.
  • Promote consistency, efficiency, and financial transparency.
  • Integrate financial data across project components and support financial decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.

  • 2–4 years of experience in a managerial capacity required
  • Certified Construction Industry Financial Professional (CCIFP) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred
