About the Position
We are searching for a Project Controller to join our growing Energy pillar. This position can be based in Peachtree Corners, GA; Atlanta, GA; The Woodlands, TX; Denver, CO; or remote. The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years of experience and will collaborate closely with project managers on financial planning, tracking, budget analysis, and reporting across multiple projects. In this role, you will support project budgeting and forecasting, identify issues affecting project profitability, and provide key financial insights to ensure project success. You will act as a liaison between project teams, clients, and subcontractors, while maintaining strong customer relationships and supporting project close-outs. Experience and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Math, or a related field
• 5+ years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• 2+ years of experience with project financial cost tracking and forecasting
• Experience with subcontract agreements, purchase orders, and vendor payments
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and project management tools (e.g., Prolog, P6)
• Ability to work flexible hours as needed
• Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to track multiple projects simultaneously
