What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Manage project data, reports, schedules, and budgets for transportation programs
• Analyze project schedules and investigate variances to ensure timely project delivery
• Collect and update data for scheduling reports and baseline development
• Assist in the development and maintenance of Work Breakdown Structures (WBS)
• Support monthly report preparation and participate in planning meetings
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• BA/BS degree with 6 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
• Familiarity with planning and scheduling concepts and principles
• Understanding of CPM scheduling concepts and principles
• Excellent writing and oral communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  
  

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• 4+ years of experience in the construction industry
• Degree in Business Administration/Accounting or Construction Management
• Familiarity with construction drawings and specifications
• Exposure to cost baseline fundamentals and earned value methodology
