Job summary

Mammoth Associates is seeking a Senior Project Controls Manager to support the Southeast Gateway Line transit project in Los Angeles. You will lead project controls, reporting, cost estimating, and schedule management for the project team on site.

You will develop and maintain cost forecasts, manage budgets, monitor earned value, and perform variance analysis for leadership and Metro. This on-site role requires deep knowledge of transit project controls and the ability to collaborate with

• 10+ years of project controls experience on transit projects.
• Extensive knowledge of project controls and reporting.
• Extensive knowledge of cost-estimating methodologies.
• Extensive knowledge of schedule-management best practices.
• Able to work full-time on site and start as soon as possible.

• Coordinate with PM, engineering, construction, and contract administration teams.
