Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in technical, construction or business-related field preferred.
5+ years of experience in project coordination, operations support, or construction management.
Proficiency with project management processes: scheduling, budgeting, procurement, documentation control.
Experience with project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Buildertrend) and document management tools.

Responsibilities

Oversee project setup, tracking, and closeout to support execution and financial oversight.
Coordinate with teams, subconsultants, and clients to ensure timely decisions and deliverables.
Track budgets, forecasts, burn rates, and reporting; manage data in ERP and financial systems.
