Go Maverick Group's client is seeking an Accounting Specialist to manage AP/AR for multiple brands across projects, ensuring accurate financial records and controls. You will support month-end close, invoice verification, and cash transactions in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in an accounting role.
• Associate’s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• Attention to detail with strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Experience with ERP and project management systems such as Aspire.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities.
• Review, code, verify, and approve invoices with proper documentation.
• Record cash receipts and payments including ACH, checks, and deposits.
• Assist with month-end close across multiple locations and journal entries.
