Job summary

Moove AV seeks an AP/AR Specialist to keep money moving across multiple entities and markets. You will process vendor bills, issue invoices, and apply cash with accuracy, supporting a scalable finance function.

Reporting to the Accounting Manager, you’ll collaborate with the accounting team, Operations, and vendors to maintain clean records, support monthly closes, and identify efficiency improvements in a high-growth startup environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of accounts payable and/or accounts receivable experience.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent.
• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and AP/AR cycle.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to manage high volumes.
• Proficiency in Excel and comfort learning new systems.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices end to end, code to GL accounts, and route for approval.
• Prepare and execute payment runs across multiple entity bank accounts.
• Reconcile vendor statements, resolve discrepancies, and respond to inquiries.
• Reconcile corporate card and expense transactions with proper receipts.
• Support the monthly close with AP/AR reconciliations and schedules.
