The role involves reading drawings, understanding building materials, leading estimate strategy, and preparing take-offs. Must be able to collaborate across teams to support corporate goals and meet project timelines.

Qualifications

• Construction estimating experience preferred; knowledge of cost reates and take-offs.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings.
• Familiar with building materials and finishes.
• Proficient with estimating tools and databases.
• Retail and/or sales exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with pricing, product and delivery status information.
• Read and interpret architectural drawings.
• Lead and participate in estimate strategy planning.
• Perform detailed quantity take-offs and prepare spreadsheets.
• Review estimates and construction documents for bid scope.
• Attend client pre-bid meetings and site visits.
