• Verify take-off quantities for accuracy in estimates.
• Leverage cost history to validate estimates and apply math-driven cost estimation.
• Assess bid risks and communicate with senior management for final bids.
• Monitor competition and engage with owners, subcontractors and public/private entities for competitiveness.
• Share bid information with field operations at pre-con meetings to clarify scope and methods.
• Develop regional bid opportunities through relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop accurate and timely proposals and estimates for private and public sector projects.

• Present estimates and risk analyses in bid reviews with senior leadership.
