LifeBridge Health, based in Baltimore, leads the Center for Hope to serve victims of violence with an integrated, community-focused care model.

The role supports planning, infrastructure build-out, pilot implementation, and evaluation of HopeLine grant-funded programs while coordinating across diverse teams to drive measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 3-5 years of experience in project management, grants, or program development.
• Experience in healthcare, nonprofit, or human services environments is preferred.
• Strong writing and editing abilities and the capacity to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and cross-functional follow-up.
• Support HopeLine development from planning to pilot implementation and evaluation.

• Coordinate quarterly and other required grant reporting.
• Support grant writing, including drafting and editing narratives and applications.
• Develop workflows, SOPs, trackers, and reporting tools.
• Collaborate across Program, Finance, Data, Compliance, Strategy, Technology, and leadership teams.
• Use data and performance measures to identify risks, opportunities, and improvements.
• Demonstrate strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills

What You'll Do:

• Manage project plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and cross-functional follow-up.
• Support HopeLine development from planning and infrastructure building through pilot implementation and evaluation.
• Monitor grant-funded programs for progress toward goals, deliverables, and performance measures.
• Coordinate quarterly and other required grant reporting.
• Support grant writing, including drafting and editing narratives and application materials.
• Develop workflows, SOPs, trackers, reporting tools, and other implementation resources.
• Work across Program, Finance, Data, Compliance, Strategy, Technology, and leadership teams.
• Use program data and performance measures to identify risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree required 3-5 years of relevant experience in project management, grants, program development, program monitoring, evaluation, healthcare, nonprofit, or human services
• Strong project coordination, organization, and time-management skills
• Excellent professional writing and editing skills
• Experience with grant reporting and/or grant writing strongly preferred
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to independently manage multiple projects and priorities while collaborating across teams
  

Pay Range: $21.50 to $34.83 Based On Experience
