Project Co-ordinator II(s)
Centre for Health Education and Health Promotion (CHEP) is committed to co-ordinating health education and promotion programmes and research through education and empowerment of key stakeholders in partnership across different disciplines. We are seeking experienced Project Co-ordinator II(s) to co-ordinate a health education and promotion project targeting school children.
The appointee(s) will (a) act as the primary project co-ordinator to liaise effectively with teachers from the participating schools; (b) assist in the development of learning resources for health education in schools; (c) arrange and organise project-related activities, such as youth seminars and forums; (d) manage the production and publication of short educational videos; (e) handle text and data organisation; and (f) perform other tasks as assigned by the team to support overall operations.
Applicants should have (i) a Bachelor’s degree or above in a health-related discipline; (ii) at least 2 years’ post-qualification work experience in project co-ordination, event organisation, text and data organisation, and short video shooting/editing; (iii) excellent communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and partner schools; (iv) a self-motivated person with a strong sense of responsibility.
Appointment will initially be made on a 1-year contract commencing in September or October 2026, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
