Candidates should have an architectural degree and proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and rendering tools. The firm values sustainability, clarity in construction documents, and mentoring junior staff.

Qualifications

• Architectural degree from an accredited university.
• Strong design and communication skills.
• Extensive familiarity with construction documents set assembly.
• Understanding of how buildings are built and detailed.
• Dedication to environmental sustainability and resource efficiency.
• Comfort with Title 24, CalGreen and ADA regulations.
• Experience with Type I, Type III and/or Type V construction.
• Comfort with directing/supervising junior staff.
• Prior multi-family residential and/or civic/institutional experience from SD through CA.
• Thorough written and spoken English and architectural terminology.
• Passion for your work and collaborative nature.

Responsibilities
