Qualifications

• Proven experience as a team member on suitable projects.
• Experience being in charge of distinct portions of projects.
• Strong organization and communication skills. Be a great team player.
• Commitment to high-quality work and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Revit, Bluebeam required; SketchUp and/or Rhino preferred.
• Understanding of building materials, details, and construction techniques.
• Residing within the Bay Area preferred.
• Professional degree in Architecture / LEED accreditation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Production and coordination of drawing sets during all phases of design, under the direction of the Project Architect.
• Oversee select portions of the project. Take initiative and show good judgment
• Collaborate at team level, communicating effectively on design solutions and documentation
• Apply firm standards and conduct reviews of own work
• Manage time and workload to meet project deadlines with periodic input from project leaders.
