Job summary

US Tech Solutions in Orlando, FL is seeking a Project Buyer Expeditor for a 12-month contract. You will handle day-to-day procurement activities and focus on the tactical execution of purchase order schedules for multiple projects in the New Unit Gas Turbine Business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or associate degree required.
• 3+ years of experience in direct procurement.
• Strong SAP and ERP experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced global environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage a work queue and ensure Purchase Orders are issued on time.
• Coordinate with internal customers to ensure early involvement and customer care.
• Manage suppliers, negotiate price increase requests, and resolve invoicing issues.
• Support P2P processes and procurement guidelines to ensure compliance and efficiency.
• Provide weekly interval schedule progress reports.
